Lahore Smart City continues to attract investors and overseas Pakistanis due to its smart infrastructure, modern planning, and rapid development progress. The latest development update of 2026 shows significant activity across multiple sectors including Overseas Central, Overseas Prime, and Jinnah Avenue.
One of the major highlights is the construction work on the 312-foot-wide Jinnah Avenue connecting Lahore Smart City directly with Lahore Ring Road. This important road network will improve accessibility and increase future property value throughout the project.
