DHA Phase 10 Budget 2026-27 Update – Is This the Best Time to Invest?
The Federal Budget 2026-27 has brought significant relief for Pakistan's real estate sector, creating optimism among investors, overseas Pakistanis, and genuine buyers. One of the biggest changes is the reduction in property transaction taxes. The buyer tax has been reduced to approximately 1.25%, while the seller tax has dropped from 4.5% to 2.75%.
