Sharing something interesting for anyone looking at farmland near Islamabad.
Agro Excellence Farms is Pakistan’s first large-scale gated farmland project: 5000+ Kanal at Tarap Interchange on the CPEC Western Route, District Talagang, about 75 minutes from Islamabad. The concept is secure, documented farm plots where you can build a farmhouse and run a working farm, with fencing, solar tube wells and wide access roads handled by the development.
Worth a look if you are comparing options for agricultural land or a weekend farm base: https://agroexcellencefarms.com/
Has anyone here bought into a gated farm project? Curious how the experience compares with open land.
