Yes I am the owner. Well, the development work has already started and the work has been in progress since August. The main problem in D-12 sector was the acquistion of the land from the villagers which took place smoothly some 3-4 months back. Rest, the CDA has announced that the project will be completed in 2.5 years, and thats all that i can tell you. This is the ground reality. Now, if the CDA keeps up to its promise, then they are capable of giving away the physical possession in the given time period, otherwise, i am sure you know the rest. But, the one thing that i am sure of, is that once the project is near completion, the prices wont be the same.
