I have a lot of questions to ask in regards to BT-Phase 9.
Q.1 Could you please let me know the status of BT Phase 9. Has any development or construction started in BT Phase 9?
Q.2 When is BT-Phase 9 map going to be announced?
Q.3. I 've recently heard that BT Phase 9 plot prices have gone down by 50% why!!! & has BT managemnt made any comments in regards to this particular context.
Please note that a lot of people have put in their hard earned money in BT Phase 9 & it is the time to get the truth & facts about this particular phase.

I am still unable to find couple of hours to write detailed post about Bahria Town management meeting. So I am writing just a few points here until I am able to write full details about meeting.
Why there is no development work?
It was confirmed by person actual in charge of Bahria Town day to day operation that Bahria Town phase 9 is having full swing development work. I was told 300 pieces of heavy equipment ( worth .5 million dollars each ) is working day and night for development work in phase 9. He told me only for fuel they daily pay for 55 thousand gallons of fuel.
Why old map was taken back and why no new map and when new map will be available?
He said there was honest mistake that location of I block was changed in map. He said Malik Riaz regret that change and wanted to have I block on its original location. He said new map is taking longer time because of thousands of mergers of files. He said no of plots is now reduced to only 35 thousand total plots. Some areas are already under development others they still need to to areal measurements. And because BT phase 9 is in highly sensitive area helicopter flights need special permission that take months for approval. He said hopefully a new map and ballot will be given in June.
Do you have all land for Pindi BT phase 9?
He said we have 4 times more land then phase 9. he said only reason to have merger of files was that we understood many people took the files to make quick money but were not in position to pay installment. To protect us and the rest of the owners of we decided to have mergers. He also showed me areal photos and sat images to prove miles of miles land is in possession of bahria Town in Rawalpindi ( Check posts of bahria town were very visible every where). He requested people to visit BT phase 9 site to see the land possessions and development work.
Are you ignoring Pindi and focusing on Lahore?
Answer was we have invested more money in Pindi land and equipment many more times then Lahore. He said focus is still the Pindi. Malik Riaz love pindi BT more then his kids and will not let down his dream to make BT pindi best place to live in Pakistan. He said proof is in past phases of pindi . Even all phases are sold out they still put millions to keep old phase beautiful clean and well maintained. He said no other developer care for their sold out already built phases. But BT does do it. he said Pindi will be still the main focus of BT
