Dear Ilyas,
The above soceity is a dead investment they may give you an actual plot in 15 years but will keep asking amount for development. The started their phase 1 NEAR rawat in 1988 in the price of 48 thousand per kanal and end up in 13 lacks and completed that phase in 15 years in a very very poor standared. keeping in view their past recard I will suggest you to keep away. |
