Present market price of plot is 2.6 to 2.75 crore,construction cost for 10000 sq foot is maximum 1.1 crore. it means max.cost(plot cost+ construction cost) is 3.8 crore Rs.Demand is 5.5 crore and Mr.Saeed wants to earn profit 1.7 crore.PLZ.
