Defense Housing Authority Islamabad (DHAI) and Amaris Group of US
based Pakistani Doctors has launched the construction of a 500-bed
Teaching hospital and International Medical Center in Islamabad. To
accompany the hospital there will be two towers of luxury
apartments, a shopping mall and 1000 condominium homes offering the
comforts of an American lifestyle in Pakistan. The project
envisions "Total facilities for total living" in communities for
total living for DHAI-Amaris residents to enjoy year-round on-site
facilities for healthcare, shopping entertainment and leisure.

The salient features of the project are as under:

1. Housing project

-1000 houses on 1 kanal each with option of having either:

a) A single-family unit with option of Home Theater and Swimming
pool in half open basement or

b) A 2/3 bedroom double unit with a separate entrance and a two-car
porch.

Facilities and Amenities at the complex, include high speed internet
access, advanced safety systems, access to satellite TV, 24-Hour
concierge, closed-circuit television, state-of-the-art fitness club,
Jacuzzi and sauna, sports bar and recreation area, business center,
conference facilities, postal delivery to every apartment, swimming
pool (separate for children).Tennis courts ,Bowling Alleys, Club
