Yesterday I had a visit to Sunder Industrial Estate.I was so surprised to see the size of this project.Its about 35 sq Km industrial estate and over 90% roads and other development work is now complete.All utilities are under ground.Road are made of steal and concrete.
It is a massive project and almost complete and with many factories under construction in there.This will be the largest industrial estate in Pakistan.
Congratulation to Govt of Punjab and management and labor of this sunder industrial estate to launch and complete this state of the art project in such a short time.
Sorry no pictures yet.I had camera with me but found out at site that all batteries were dead due to heat in car during past few days.I will make another trip to show you this beautiful piece of art.

Few days back a reader of this forum estimated 8km-distance between Sunder and Bahria Town. I donot know whether this was Crowflight/displacement or distance. |

Yes it is approx 8 KM you can see on google earth and measure the distance also if you are trained [just multiply by 1.2 if straight road.] |
