Guys, I’m planning to purchase a pair of one-kanal plot in Sector B to build a small farmhouse. Before proceeding, I’d appreciate some insights regarding any known issues within the society.
I’ve heard concerns that during the rainy season, the area tends to accumulate significant water, turning into a sort of “swimming pool,” with stagnant water remaining for several days or even weeks—causing a persistent odor that lasts for months.
If anyone has firsthand experience or verified information about these issues, please share the actual ground reality.
Additionally, if anyone is selling two adjacent plots (JORI), I’m also open to buying them together. |
