yes, it could be correct, BUT for plots, only one (last) installment is due. Two installments and down payment has already been paid. So I think if one wishes to get it transfered to his name, must pay the last installment and then can get it transfered

I am neither an agent nor a seller of the plot, so unfortunately I dont have any information about the current selling price for the plot size you mentioned. I am sure someone who has this info or an adequate agent will be able to provide you this info.

I hold a 30*36 size plot in I-15 and its told price is 3 lac (75000 *4 installments). An agent from islamabad mentioned its current price to be around 20 lac. I am not sure if it is realistic or not.

In September, one of my cousin bought a 200 yards plot in I-15 for about 12 Lacs.

Mr Nad it is totally unrealistic. I guess that thae property dealer has make funn out of you. The price for 30*60 polt is not worth more than 4-5 lacks currently. This CDA sector might require more than 10 years to develop, no one will imagine to pay 20 lack for not seeing any reality onground, and as far location of 1-15 is concerned it is also not worthhy.
