Return of file of Bahria Lahore overseas phase 2,

Can please tell me what is the criteria of returning the Bahria Lahore overseas phase 2 file. How much money(%) they will deduct and how much time will it take. I have paid 8 installments+downpayment.

Why you are returning this to Bahria Town, There promise time is aprroximately 6-8 months, but there are cases where they took more than 1.5 years to return the money. you know this man and his promises all the standing no where after this balloting of Phase-2. You will lose your plot as well money for indefinite time. Its better to sell the file to market, and your are lucky if you get more than half of your money

Sir, How many times you can afford to go Bahria Town offices after returning the file. I agreed with Mr.hashim it might take about you 2 years to get back your money, and they don,t even do in lumpsump, instead they prefer to do in Instalments

Yes I personally have a very bad experience with BT as usually they backout from their promises for most of the times. Thats why I am seriously looking for getting out of BT as soon as possible.

Don,t do that,Mr Akram you can still make sell this plot on no cost basis in couple of years not more than that.
Wait wait wait and see then what Malik sb are doing
