As this society is very near to Expo centre, and very near to majors roads and trade centres, so i checked its price in last september (when i was in pakistan on vacation)
Its price is 35 to 40 lacs depending upon the location.

I saw my self the some houses are there also there is crops and also there is no Gas yet . But some one ofer me a 10 marla for the price of 13-14 lacs. but Roads are broken and no care of maintenance may be no drainage system. but it still in good locations but not not a good management. May be i Will offer him 10 lacs for 10 marla. He needed the money. |
