shamshad saab i think you wrongly entered the size of this plot,it would be 30x60 in i-15 coz the rate u mentioned is tele with that size. The rates in i-15 are as under:

25x50 plots, profit 7 to 7.25 lacs including downpayment except three installments of 50000.00

30x60 plots, profit 10 to 11 lacs including downpayment except three installments of 75000.00

Mr AB or whatsoever
Who will pay such a high prices in I-15, which takes more than 15-20 years to develop and its location is very far.
The reasonable prices are 3 lacks for 30*60 and 2-2.5 lacks for 25*50 plot. Readers will agree with me that it will very difficult to ask Afghan peoples to go from there.

Well said Mr Salim. AB what will you say to Mr Salim.
Earlier there were advertisment on this website in which peoples r selling there plots in I-15 less than what they paid. If you wanan wait a long then it should be no problem, other sell your plots in I-15 on no cost basis

RG replied on Monday, December 4, 2006 01:57 PM

Mr. AB has quoted 100% correct market price for I-15 plot. I know there is a problem in selling I-15 flats and there are no buyers for the flats but it is difficult to find I-15 plot.

Be Realistic replied on Monday, December 4, 2006 02:10 PM

Mr RG be realistic !!!!
I guess you also have a plot in I-15
Keeping in view current property situation no body is willing to invest such amount in that sector such a amonut.
Mr Salim prices is quite realistic when you see the on ground realities.
I know one advertisment here in this forum a person was selling his I-15 plot of size 25*50 in 1.25 lacks. You should thoroughly look on this site and may be still u will find a advertisment. If you have a plot in I-15 I wish you all the best for its next generation development.

Hassan replied on Monday, December 4, 2006 02:13 PM

Mr AB I can pay in cash 3.5 lacks for 30*60
Pls contact me immediately
You will not get more offer than that

RG replied on Monday, December 4, 2006 03:15 PM

Dear Be Realistic,

I don't have any plot in I-15 (my wife did apply for a flat but she didn’t get it). My parents live in G-11 but I live in the UK. I went to Pakistan a month ago and wanted to buy a plot in I-15, I checked with quite a few property dealers in Islamabad and the best price I was offered was roughly what mentioned by Mr. AB.

I'm not arguing/favouring anyone, I'm just writing what I know is a fact.

The people who are talking for so much less price, I can easily understand that there is some hidden benefit for them.
I believe some people are playing with this forum now. some people putting add and asking very very low price of any property which even they dont have and then show other seller that the price is so much less.
They discourate seller to sell their property or give their agents even on no price.
Please be careful from such cheater.
Allah bless them

Be Realistic replied on Tuesday, December 5, 2006 07:06 AM

Thats why Mr RG property dealers ask you for avery high price as you might told them that you are from UK, otherwise you don,t know mentalty of these agents/dealers
Be aware from there games in future

Arshad replied on Tuesday, December 5, 2006 12:07 PM

Why you guys are afraid to put your names :). Prices quoted by AB are real deal prices. IF any one is selling less than that please email me and I will buy plots no matter how many are these. It is true that if we have plot we want more prices and if we are going to buy plots then we like to get it free. Please do not misguide people. People here come to get knowledge and information. Please be fair and quote the correct prices if you know. If you don't then please don't play games. My email is . As a muslim we need to be fair and balanced. I know prices in Islamabad are out of reach od us all, but we should not hide current rates.

Nad replied on Tuesday, December 5, 2006 03:10 PM

Mr Arshad , don,t be so hot. First please ask all Afghan peoples to go so that CDA will start some development work. and still there is no allocations of polts in I-15 or 16, so peoples r talking about selling of files. It takes a years to strat development work there. and actually by location wise I-15 and 16 are not exactely in Islamabad very close to RWP. So cool down and be realistic, ur custmoers will not lose if some someone talikg a reality

Be realistic replied on Tuesday, December 5, 2006 03:12 PM

Mr Arshad what u have to do with name when some body is talking a reality.

Arshad replied on Wednesday, December 6, 2006 09:53 PM

Nad,

I am not in this business, so I do not have any customers :). I just like to present what the facts are. I would not interrupt if you would be talking a reality.

Brother Be Realistic: Name is significant as it gives you an identity and respect.

Mr.Arshad and all those who are unaware from the market please dont make any statement on the prices of different sectors in this forum if they are not sure about it,this forum is just a very tremendous effort of Mr.CMY where he gathered all the pakistani's sitting anywhere in the world,so before you write anything about anyone I think u should be very clear about what you are going to write coz this site is a good and bad impression to those who are sitting aboard and unaware of what is going on in PK realestate.sometimes ppl really do some nasty things about their "Loss Declared Retained Properties" and they want to recover their losses by spreading cheap rumours regarding rates and false news.
Rates which AB and others mentioned about i-15 are cent percent correct and I advice Mr.Hassan not to through these kind of unrealistic offers bcoz that shows your seriousness to some property and to this forum.
