I have no idea of porperty business. I have just statred visiting this wonerful site a week back. Can somebody clarify the following for me though it may appear very basic to you.
1. Difference between a file and plot
2. Khasra Number
3. So much of difference in price of plots in same housing Scheme

1. File is yet to be balloted, its just a piece of paper when ballot happens the file becomes a plot and its price is very unstable, any ten people can sit and decide its price.
2. The difference is due to the different location's of plots in the society e.g facing park or corner or main boulevard are the factors. |
