Yes i saw that area a lot I had a budget of 30, As regards management and develpment is concerened sucessful names in that area are WAPDA, Valancia, PCSIR 2, NFC1, Average are PIA, Abdalians, Nasheman Pahse 1 Below avergae are architect, GCP, PCSIR staff, Sunny park ariline naz town etc, Now some of the average and below average areas have location advatage, Like Abdalians, GCP, sunny park and Architect even airline. When these areas were developed the targets were not so high and they had been very cheap lands, for example Kanal was 3-4 lakh 15 ys back, After selling management has disappeared, now wait for dense population these areas will be junk yards. And prices are still so high like in Abdalians less han price of 10 merla you can buy one Kanal in Valancia. I guess If you are planning to buy in Architect then there are better choices and if you are holding there then you may exit if you get good price and immediately buy in some better managed area like defence or Valancia or Izmir. Valancia has a bit of location disadvantage but price is very good at this moment I am sure in 5 ys time in Valancia, WAPDA and NFC almost every thing will be available even now reputed schools and a college is working in valancia. So I voted for that. |
