Defence 9 / 10 files what is the FUTURE they are for Rs 30 L, right now what are your thoughs or anyone else?
You think the price will double in 2 years?

younis i think its better to buy in phase 6 -development work has started-or 6 extension file rather than 9 or 10 which will take god knows how many years to develop and this 30 lakh market price doesn't include development charges i.e. around 5-6 lakh's i guess approx....good luck anyway.... |

Phase 6 is too expensice Rs 46 L, I am looking to invest around 30 L, that why i thought about Ph 9&10. |

I think it may be better to buy AWT then DHA 9-10.Recently it have came to my knowledge.Good chance of AWT taken over by DHA. |
