I m planning to sale my plot in State life society lahore is it better option to sale now or should i wait for 2-3 months further ? will the prices rise further plz comment

well mrs malik in statelife plots there are 80 housee underconstrufction. next month may be ring road work willstart. this road will pass in fromt of the office of statelife. also in july may be balloting and map approval for proper and extension files.also permission have been granted for teh construction ofhouses in e block. so i suggest keep it till july. regular slow increas inprices are observed from last two weeks. If its a file for phase2 extension 5 paid i can purchase it personally for myself.makret rate according to this site is u can se yourself. my email is |
