are these houses or plots one month back one 2 story house in A2 Johar Town was sold in 31 Lakh. it means 0.00 cost of 2 story 3 bed construction |

Mr. habib rates are dpend on location. How can you compare A2 with the "D" Block. Have you seen the location ? This is clear and confirm deal ...............not bluff deal. |

5 marla plots in Johan town are less than 15 lacs. Perhaps you are asking 31 lacs for both plots. If you are asking for one plot 31 lacs, please do not fool people here. |

D block is not better than A2, Hence I agree it is golden Chance not for buyer for Naeem, infact all plots in 5 Merla Johar Town if bought more than 15 to 16 are expensive. The rason is 5 merla Double story houses in all blocks if searched properly can be arranged in less than 32 [of course not new but 2,4 ys old] |
