I needed some advice from members of this forum, I think it may be a good question:
Q) If you were going to invest for the next 3-4 years, would you rather buy plots in Fateh Jung or BT phase 9 (islamabad). I would be grateful for your reasonings (e.g. which is best for monetary investment/long-term family residence).

If I am having a chance to invest for 3 to 4 years, I will prefer Bahria town Phase-9 because it is better to get perfect one later rather then to get so so earlier.
As we know that Bahria town's development and civic facilities arte best one in the place so I will prefer it for residence.

both places are about 17 year expected investments not for 3 to 4 years. |

This question is to Mr. Atiq Raja " When do you foresee that BT-9 will reach to its paid up value." Further instalments paid for BT-9 include Development Charges. Was development charges mentioned in case of BT-8, as I believe Bahria-8 allottees have been charged subsequently? |

after anouncement of phase111 of dha,the prices of phase9 will defenataly goes up,development,view wise,entrance,site wise phase7 to 9 is better than other phases of bt,phase 7 to 9 is sadwich place of
