Can any body tel me about Bank Alfalah Employees cooerative housing society near about Badian Road. I heard that they have bought about 1,000 acars of land & development works are likely to start. I got one plot through one of my relative working in Alfalah. Please up date on the society. :pkf :cl :flg

Yes, I also heard that development will soon start. They were in the process of acquiring the last piece of land for the society since they say that if we launch the society first, it will be difficult and expensive for them to acquire further. Moreover, they are not interested in launching the society commercially since it is supposed to be for the select few.

It has been heard that this society is coming up but the where about are still not known!. Any one who knows where is this for evalution puposes, please share with us. It has been some 4 years that this society is being heard of. BOP has eventualy come up with a very fine society in the same place.

We paid the amount for purchase of plot in January 2005 and from the last 7 years (apprx) we have not been given the possession of plots, even it is still an Agricultural Land. The only thing which the management of Bank Alfalah Housing Society did in the last 7 years is that they have labelled the preserved trees in the area.
I think it will take 30 more years to start development.

i have paid full payment of 15 marla plot in 2004 and since than there is no progress .we have stuckup our hard money and there was a dispute in alfalah bank top management due to which we normal employees suffer and top executives have got benefits through different way and society is continously saying that in few month plots will be allocated but still no progress and we hang up I request to all effecties to comup for solutiin of this issue eirher through court or media .We can't qait further.Bashir Ullah a victimized by alfalah society and bank alfalah management

Lahore High Court on 29th April 25 decided the case. Issued orders to cooperative dept to issue merger of Alfalah into Alkabir Town within 30 days.
Few days left to issue orders, then Alkabir Town will issue ownership of land plot letters to the present owners.

Merger of Alfalah with Alkabir would take place once Registrar Cooperative gives NOC. iIts being done soon. Then prices would start going up.
We should wait little more to hear tangible news.
Just keep this case in your praying chain.
The management of alfalah is very efficient n working hard to resolve this issue.

Alkabir Developers have asked to deliver plot related documents in Alfalah Office from 1st Jan 26 to 31st March along with membership fee @ 1000 per marla. Then Alkabir will make member of their company n issue fresh file to each owner.
This procedure may take some time once it is started.
Thanks God at least some change is visible now.
Sale n purchase of Alfalah files are stopped due to new procedure.
