Farooq sahib you don't have to give exact plot number but please give me nearby plot number so I could give you very accurate assessment of your property. Each plot location each street in a block have its own importance and have very different value. So If any one is looking for an assessment please try to give a plot number closer to your actual plot.
Generally plots facing commercial plots, facing mosque, facing overhead tank, facing grave yard, odd shaped plots,facing school or public buildings, facing boundary are considered very weak locations and very hard to sell in time of need. They may take months to sell.
Facing park, larger roads plots, corners or facing golf etc or plots that are in middle and away for busy trafic areas are the plots that are very easy to sell and sell in hours or days.
Please pay little extra and buy only good plots so in time of need you could sell them fast.
