MY CLIENT IS AKSING 71 LAC FINAL WITH ALL DUES CLEAR(MEANS
SELLER WILL PAY 3 LAC TO DHA RECENTLY IMPOSED CHARGES).

The Power Avenue is not favorite place among the buyers, unless the plot is located at a safe distance from the high voltage radiations, if you need explanations, I can explain in detail! Why?

A good location plot should not cost more than 62-63 Lacs, including additional development charges, paid by the seller?
