no map is out then what is criteria for price difference

it will take 2-3 years to map may out

and further 8-10 years for development so good for kids

EX COMMONERS TOWN now dha 2 ext has a map and its development is also in progress but proper dha 2 ext is on its back.prices are subject to block numbers.map is not available yet.also mr irfan marwat please tell me ur bahria town phase 4 plot number.if u are interested then i can sell it.farhat naeem malik

Irfan bhai, on March 5th, some one was selling his plot on main road for 45 lak on this forum:

Plot #: 186
Locality: Bahria Town RWP/ISB
Phase: 4
Size: 1 Kanal
Demand: 45 lakhs

You could call up 5-6 dealers, and tell them that you want to buy a plot in the location your plot is. This way, you'll get a good idea how much to ask for.

I would never recommend anyone to buy more than one plot in any society/scheme .... too much of risk (the same applies to stocks). Plus, delays are unforeseeable and can happen in any society, even DHA.
