Why would someone buy a 25x50 size plot in i-14 for 17 lac, rather go for one kanal plot in F-17, B-17 or E-16 in the same line and much more into islamabad and not polluted.
What do you think, who will be the more benificial in the long run?
what would be the maximum rate of a 25x50 (5 marla) plot and what would be the rate of 50x90 (1 kanal) plot after 3 years of both locations.
