Can anyone please put light on current status of Engineers' Housing Scheme D-16 .. :h

The price range is between 1-1.5 - Lac for 1-Kanal, if downpayment is paid. According to them, layout plan is approved now and within few months they will start balloting.

Can you shed some light on D -14 (Moza Kharbooza) please? What is the status of it and what is the going rate there?

The Layout plan is approved vide CDA Office Letter No.CDA/PLW-HS(90)EHS/94/Vol/130 dated 1st March 2008,
Balloting can be done at any time and the Management is busy to complete the formalities to get NOC for start of development works of the scieties. As for prices are concerned there is as such no sale/Purchase in this society but as per few deels it is as follow (If complete cost of land is paid)

for 356 Sq Yard Plot 10 Lac to 12 Lac
for 500 Sq Yard Plot 12 LAc to 16 Lac

Once Ballotiing is done and final map is issued (that can be done at any time)The prices will go up. (Hopefully)
