I have a plot in Bahria Town Lahore Overseas enclave batch A.It is fully paid including development charges and I have gotthe possesion letter from BT.Just would like to know its market value if I sell it now.
Is it worth holding?
I visited the site.Development seems good but it is miles and miles out of Lahore.

Distance is not a matter any more, when you visited the site you must have seen the large number of houses under construction in Bahria Town. Your plot is worth between 13-18 lac, I say hold it for just for one more year its price will go up by 50-70% or may be more. |
