Development time frame?

No official; announcement is made in this regard by DHA Lahore.
Possible possession?
We dont know when development work will start and finish. No official announcement is made by DHA Lahore. We can ONLY guess and guess is ballot could be held any day and plot should be ready in 2 years. |

I am actually looking to buy a plot in DHA and planning to build a house in 3-4 years for residential purposes with budget aroud 35-40lac for the plot.
In your opinion what are my best options.As I was planning to buy in phase V extension.
your advice will be much appreciated

If you can live in 10 marla than go for A block DHA 6. If you can increase your budget just a little bit go for 10 marla in L block DHA 5 at 45 lacs.if you want a kanal I would suggest you to buy a plot in R block near M L N block of DHA 6.
