That may be OK if you want to "trade" 9,10 File. i am afraid is there any foolproof mechanism to buy the file without paying tranfer fees, which is about 1.2 lac or more.
Otherwise with unknown development Charges the difference is still not much as compared to DHA 7 Plots, In X Y Z Block of Phase 7 plots are about 30/31 lac which is almost same price as that of 9,10 File Plus development charges. |
