Probably Mr CMY Sahib is a DHA Pro, thats why he is giving more preference on State Life Phase II. By looking at the location of this society, it is engulfed by DHA 9/10. It is just not possible that it will not be merged in DHA. Moreover, State Life is organizing a huge meeting with all PhaseII members on 26th October, 2008 to sort out the modalities regarding commencement work in Phase II.
