Dear Friends.
Would you think that is there any chance of stoppage in free fall of prices till december or people would keep out draining their money from DHA Market and pouring in Dubai Real Estate Market. I need advice from property experts who keep on participating in discussion on this portal. Moreover it the time to retain the investmnet in home country when outside world is also affected from inflation and certainity.Opinion of CMY is needed at this stage

I myself am wondering whether prices will fall further 10% to 15% percent or will remian the same especially for build houses. i dont foresee them increasing in the next six months. People who have invested in Dubia etc, will not sell at a loss, rather they will wait and see. Also, there are hardly any buyers in Dubai as well as in Pakistan. Generally, what i am hearing that in Pakistan there are many selelrs but few buyers. CMY is the right person to comment. I personally think that once the prices fall down furhter by another 10%> then its the time to buy if anyone waits to invest loan temr ,,say 5 years or more.
