I have a plot in sector "C" Gulbahar block.Its ten paid with allotment letter.I want to construct home on it.I need to know how much money I need to pay Bahria Town before actual start of construction ie development charges,possession,map approval,utilities,demarcation etc etc

Would you please mention the size of your plot. Is it a 10 Marla size or One Kanal plot?
