I am interested to invest in State life 2 but please give me some information:-

1- Is there any chance of fraud in this scheme???
2- When We will be able to contruct our home???
3- Can we purchase it while living abroad??? transfer issues?
4- What is future scope if we purchase now within 2 years expected return??????????/
