Dear Aslam, I dont know what CMY will be replying, but I can tell you I have been fishing for a plot in Phase 7 since long and my experience is they have no direct relation with phase 8 and 9,10 files. There is only limited supply of Plots, For example in P Block there ar only less than 10 plots in Market, the Difference in their price shows that for similar location one is asking 39 and Other is asking 44 or 45. Once plot one 39 price is sold next Plot is expensive and so on, So price is not like a Gold price, It is highly variable as volume of sale and purchase is much smaller than Files.
Where as some parties are holding like 50 to 250 Files of Phase 8 and 9,10, Their price is usually accurate. most of the delaers are more interested in dealing with files, than plots. As files are their bread and butter, If a dealer is earning 10 lac in month 8,9 Lac comes from files. but now slowly people are showing less interest in Files. |
