CMY, I intend to invest around 30 lac in DHA-lahore for almost 4 to 5 years.Which DHA phase / block will give me fast and better return.

DHA 8 Park view One kanal allocation file would be my choice. File would cost you near 32 lacs. Buyer pays 1.95 lacs for transfer costs to DHA and Govt. Add 1% commission for your dealer in addition to file and transfer cost.
Price immediately after ballot is expected to around 60 to 75 lacs including about 11 lacs development charges IF a ballot is held separately than DHA 8 proper and BEFORE proper DHA 8 files. Ballot is not announced yet but expected to be held this year.

Mr. CMY, How much a plot in DHA phase 7, W-Block B/W W-486 and W-489 is worth nowadays? Do you suggest to sell this and move to other Blocks in Phase 7? What other options are avaiable to buy apart from Phase 7 in a same budget to build house in 2 to 3 yrs? I would like to make this plot adjustment in next 2 to 3 weeks. Please advise. |

Dear Saqib, CMY has more accurate but I am confused how DHA will accomodate such a huge number of Files in that 1/3 areas which is also not clear till date. |
