I had appllied for DHA valley, my name is in unsucessful list but when i check theh NIC colum, this is not my NIC so it mean some other person with same name and i have got the plot?

I was looking for my firend's name in the list.
I found his name but not sure its his name or someone's else.
Bcasuse there is strange number writen instead his NIC.
Can someone told me, what does this number means?
