Its kindly requested to include bahria town phase-8 price into your
list block wise. you are updating price of phase 9 which is far behind then phase 8 anyway.
it will be great help for phase 8 plot holders.why you dislike phase 8? or there is any other reason.

Ehsan bhai first we are not dealing in Bahria Town phase 8 and Bahria Town phase 9. Since files are traded more frequently I could post rate update on daily bases. BUT since very few plots are sold bought in Lahore for Bahria Town phase 8 I am unable to update their rates daily. To be honest in Lahore our buying selling rates have only few thousands difference BUT in Islamabad Pindi buying and selling rates are quoted min 1 2 lacs apart. If I want to buy a plot it cost 5 lacs if I want to sell plot I will be told in pindi its worth only 4 lacs in this kind of situation I cant post accurate rates. I wish we were dealing in this scheme and post true buying selling rates but my friend its not possible for me to stay updated on every scheme in Pakistan. Our speciality is DHA Lahore and we try our best to serve our clints better in here. If Lahore Real Estate was actively trading in this BT phase 8 Rawalpindi I would update the rates on daily bases.
It is requested that dealers of Bahria Town phase 8 should update their rates here and do it more frequently. |
