Can you just put your demand here.Don't take me wrong, but i feel that the people who have won the recent DHI ballot and want to sell their plots off, wont get good response from the market.

Sir Riffat, yesterday announced ballot for DHAI valley only instead of overseas block. can you provide view more information, how you know you have win plot \main boulevard corner and location untill know we do not know where is a exact location for DHAI valley overseas block for 5 & 8 marla plots.

is this location is near siyallah or near dadoucha?

you know the site,time of development.It is end of phase2ext near bt
10,about 10 to 15 miles away from islamabad gt road after end block of proper phase2ext,the last block phase2eXt one kanal plot with developing charges are around 16 lack rupees.I dont know how people invest there hard earning money with out investigation and know dha is playing same games with the help of BT.

I am not a dealer. Being an overseas Pakistani I was eligible to apply and planned to dispose off in end November or mid December. Location is as detailed courtesy Mr. Atiq Raja. Thanks Raja Jee.

Dear Sandhu Sahib, you are not a dealer, but atiq raja is really dealer, he told here that 10 to 15 miles away from GT road Islamabad, i think its 10- 15 mile from Zero Point Islamabad.

Khouta distance is from GT road is about 10- 15 mile?

Raja Sahib sorry, it you mind, but as per my knowledge, the DHAI overseas block is closed to the Overseas block (4 1-2 kanal) near Siayllah to Dadocha along river side. I am not sure, you can confirm.
