Sector C house construction
I have a plot in sector "C" Gulbahar block.Its ten paid with allotment letter.I want to construct home on it.I need to know how much money I need to pay Bahria Town before actual start of construction ie development charges,possession,map approval,utilities,demarcation etc etc.
Its a ten marla 40*60 size plot

Other than development charges, you will have to pay to bahria around 160000, that includes possession, demarcation,map approval and utilities. |
