Ahsan replied on Tuesday, October 28, 2008 07:23 AM  It is a populated prvate society of just average standard. It may be good to live in but for nvestment, I won't recommend. There are'nt much chances of appreciation. With the same amount there could be much better options e.g phase 8 of DHA.
