I received offer for Rs.35 lacs but I am not going to sell less than the market price for this price which was assesed by the Bahria Town for me.

Musa Khan, you missed the golden oppertunity by not selling your plot at 35 laks. Regardless of what Bahria Town told you, you may not even get an offer of 30 laks in this declining real estate market.
If buyer at 35 laks is still intrested, I would recommend that you sell it ASAP without a 2nd thought. Good Luck
