Yes files are available. I personally don't own them but they are available from my clients.

A B C D block file cost about 17.00 To 19 lacs
E F G H block file cost about 14 To 16 lacs
J H K block file cost about 12 To 14.50 lacs
P Q R S T block file cost about 9.15 TO 10 lacs

I will strongly suggest to buy lowest price file so just in case the map is out and its not showing A B C D you will not loose any money. They might change map due to massive amount of new plots on installments.
