Hi, brother can some body clear the following for I am really confused:

In Aug. there was scheme announced by DHA called DHA Valley 5 & * Marla plots. I was visiting Pakistan in those times and applied for two plots.

In September, they announced another scheme called DHA valley overseas block. I was back in America, I again applied for the two plots.

so now, the list is out and it says that it is for DHA valley I beleiev there will be another list coming out for DHA valley Oevrseas block??

I will appreciate if somebody clear this for me. as I am learning from many posts in this website that it a frud. DHA pahase2 ext i kanal is available for 9.5 lac.... but you have to pay development charges. dose anybody know if the development charges are already included in the balloting price of DHA valley - DHA valley overseas block??

The IP addresses are same (I'd figured that out in an earlier post) but this IP may belong to some service provider, who is providing some IT services to both Bahria and DHA. This is a possibility unless one can prove that this IP belongs to Bahria Town.

There is probably an arrangement between Bahria and DHA for this. I don't think, there is any problem with DHA Valley project. Only DHA and Bahria have not made their roles (terms of engagement) public for this project. Therefore, I don't think there is any point of NAB's investigation.

I don't think, you need to be confused about the credibility of the project. Yes, I think, there is going to be a separate list for Overseas block.
If you are confused about 1 Kanal plot price in the market, you need to read Bro CMY's comment about DHA Valley. Search of 'DHA Valley' and you will see it among other posts. For this project, you will be paying the plot price in installment over the period of 3 years and incase of 1 K plot, you would have to make it down payment.

Do not listen to the propaganda that there are 50,000 plots etc etc. but keep in mind that this is going to take a long time (unknown to me may be 5 years) to develop. Also to my information, the plots for successful candidates in this balloting for DHA Valley are less than 15,000.

Yes, I think, you probably need to do some homework for the number of plots you'll win, you may get all you applied for. If this is not what you want then you need to have some plan to resolve this. Your 2 applications for DHA Valley have already been balloted and for overseas it is yet to come.

In Pakistan, CDA, DHA and Bahria are secure investments. Some people may try to create confusion, but time has proven that they are secure and have delievered as promised. real estate cycle although currently may be at the lower end, it will get back up there, maybe will take some time. These investements are secure, and profitable. No need to panic, and also, take advice with a grain of salt on the forum. They are all just opinions. If anyone of us could predict the future, as some people try to do on this forum, they would not be buying plots, but lottery tickets, and be already rich. Just my opinion.

abj is right that no one can predict future even in USA all the MBA's from top schools fail to stop recession and trap into risky mortgages pratices.No body could stop the dot com bubble either in 2000 but you have to use your sense some time to predict the worse.
