Bahria Town management has delayed handing over of Sarari/Bahria homes for one year. Before they asked the people to pay escalation charged from Rs.1500,00/- to Rs. 200,000/- and now they are telling that these home will be deliverd in Dec,09 instead of Dec,08.
One more informatin 'Malik Riaz' has changed the person in picture hanging on the walls of BT offices. Now there is 'Zardri' in place of 'Musharaf'.

Zardaris comission is a lot higher than Musharaf, so be prepared to pay FURTHER escalation charges. |

I would like to know the status of B.T. phase 9 of Islamabad.
If some one has pictures or any body visited in recent past, please put light on it as I have not visited Pakistan for the long long time.It could give better understanding for overseas Paksitanis.
If I gona buy Bahria home,in how much I can get it.? any idea.??
My request to all brothers in Rwp/Isb.

Bahir town pindi phs 9 has just been resold again as DHA Valley Islamabad. Its possible that DHA valley will soon be half the paid amount just like bt phs 9 coz one kanal file in dha 2 ext is available for only 9 lakhs. |

Few days ago some one posted proofs that Dha Valley is actually Bahria project but that post was deleted by moderators. This website only give positive picture of Bahria. One more thing Hussain kaisarani is a tout of Malik Riaz. He will never tell you that BT has commited frauds with small investors by selling files without land. This BT affectee shud know that his safari villa is probably sold to many people that is why that dont finish it. If they finish many people will demand qabza to live in it and the fraud will expose. Guys like Kaisarani know many fraud since they are in BT but they only give one side picture. |

With Due respect, I do not agree with all of your comments. yes Bahria Town had played with people and still playing to earn more moeny. BT management is like a leach who is sucking the blood of people. But Mr. Kaisrani never promoted anyone to buy any project directly from Bahria (if you see the previous posts). He is a noble man and a man of integrity, there is no doubt that BT is still a best place to live in that locality.
Please only buy plot in Bhria town in possession area and ready to built house and if you planning to buy a villa then only buy it from the ready to live villa from the open market which can save you money and there would not be any risk involved.
The brothers and sisters who have their plots in disputed area are advised to contact BT without any further delay and negotiate with them to avail best available option.
Once again please do not buy any plot not in possession are as BT is doing so many changes in existing map. |

Dear Shahzad,
You can buy 5Marla DS house in Bahria home for 30 to 35 lacs rupees, while same is available for 50 Lacs if u buy form BT directly.
BT will give u ready house but if u buy from market that will be handed over in a year or more. |

I understand that many friends here are doing this task. Hope you will understand that I (generally) write on practical issues related to living in Bahria Town. Living in Bahria Town Lahore is different than dealing with Bahria Town. Bahria Town is a private limited company and uses every possible ways and means to earn more and more money like all others. We should expect ethics from them and try to save ourselves from their policy of Permanent CHANGE.
