Advise needed from Mr. Atiq Raja or any other DHAI experts...

Recent prices for DHAI 2 Ext files are below.

1) Which is best option to invest...cheaper or more expensive blocks?

2) Why the price difference? Are A, B, C, D much better location? How can you tell if there is no map yet?

3) Is it good time to invest or can it go lower in next couple of months?


A B C D block file cost about 17.00 To 19 lacs
E F G H block file cost about 14 To 16 lacs
J H K block file cost about 12 To 14.50 lacs
P Q R S T block file cost about 9.15 TO 10 lacs
