Somebody guide me about LDA transfer process.
One of my friends wants to transfer his property. LAC BranchLDA patwaris are
giving him tough time. They took some initial bribe to issue a report.
However, from the mail file, they told him that it is mentioned as
disputed. Then they said they will check from patwar khana. Then they
said that title is absolutely clear and patwaries themselves write
such remarks to get more money. However, he had to pay more money.
I understand that to confront with them is also not a good option.
Please somebody guide how to tackle this particular situation and other
steps until transfer is complete.

I dnt understand what patwar khana you are talking of One of my friend got transferred in LDA1 form Johar Town Office,
Process is
Get transfer set from the Touts sitting outside it costs about 400/500
Fill it youself and get typed on Stamp paper which they will give you, Certain things has to be signed by Oath Comissioner and notary Public.
After it get Challan from office and deposit in National bank Brach.
Submit Challan and completed Forms and get Token for date of Tranfer.
Both parties reach the office on the day and they take Thumb impression and Photograph.
Then they Give you print out of that Phto on which specificcation of Plot are mentioned.
There was quite a lot of hassel but he paid only 100 Rupees to gate keeper at the end, for Good will,
