CMY - one must commend your efforts and the services you are providing to the community connected to real estate arena specially.I think a regular visitor opens this site at an average of 10 - 15 times daily if not more.I think its this frequency that has risen the number of visits so high infact. Otherwise an ordinary person may not find this forum much interesting as it lacks versatality.Obviously it is purely property and realestate oriented, though politics and religion also come under quite hot discussion quite often.I have also felt some of the people appearing in this forum a bit adamant, hence would not respect and give even slightest weight to others views. This makes the atmosphere a bit tense sometimes and should be avoided.A healthy discussion can only be helpful if we exchange views with an intent to learn from eachother, not just to win over others.

Dear CMY, and team

Congratulations on this absolutely very deserved honour ! Your website is fast becoming essential reading for real estate buffs, but others also, for the following reasons, as I see it:

a) Honest news and views
b) Tolerance shown by you in running it. No censorship
c) A feeling by the participants that their voice will be heard
d) Wide range of views by all participants
e) Good quality of discussions, shown by participants, generally
f) Innovative use of technology (emails, websites) to reach out to the Pakistani diaspora abroad

I wish you even greater success ahead. You fully deserve it, and I am sure that God will bless yr endeavours. It make me happy to see people like you succeed. That is Pakistan's future.
