What do you guys think of the DHA Commercial Avenue Islamabad project? I am thinking of appling for the 8 Marla Commercial Plot (40Lakhs). It will be a long term investment (6 to 10 years). I know DHA phase 8 parkview files are a better option but i do not have that much money upfront. My only reason of going for DHA C-A is the installment plan. I am only 24 years only have started working 12 months back therefore i do not have enough saving to purchase a plot outright. I can VERY easily afford 30,000 RS per month. for 42 months. I would really appreciate a reply from CMY or any other informed person.

You can buy a 1 kanal file in DHA-Islamabad Phase 2ext in 9.25 lac. If you don't have this much savings yet then you must be right. For you installment option will be better. |

I pray that Allah increase your income more than your present, its good that you can afford 30000/month for 42 years. But pls. think why you want to be stucked for long time, see all other options and try to get some thing on ground. God bless all of us and save from such powerful and evil genius robbers. I have lost a very big money trusting DHA. God give them right path or save us from them.

Really DHAI is very unprofessional, unorganized,unreallistic, unmannagable & unpredictive organization. They their self don,t know, how to mannage the things properly in a decent way.
Now we can understand why the peoples were saying from the very begining "that DHAI will loot the peoples especially overseas.
