Hussain Kaisrani Sb

Inspite of the fact we understood that u only write plus points & that are too related living there.

Living in any reasonable society is good or bad, it is a relative question of one's satisfaction level. Therefore, comfortable living at fraudulant price or delayed posession or unnecessary development & other charges is not advisable; especially targetting expats by the BT management. Please search your comments & see if they do attract investors to 40 odd km away from the Mall without telling the dark side of the malpractices of the society's management. We will appreciate if you mention both pros & cons while u share your living experience, a sitting with Malik R or when you knew that the map was changed by the management for the interest of the general public.

Hope you are taking it positively

This is not Kaisrani, but my friend, your comments seem pretty emotional, and offensive. Also, nobody begged the expat or the regular pat to buy from bahria or anyone else. You make your own choices and live with them, and is not advisable to call others names and fraud without knowing facts, sitting in Jeddah as Pardesi. If someone just tried to give you his experience, no need to put him on the spot. If you make decisions that are important to you from blogs alone, seems like your own problem. He seems a decent guy, and my reading is, he does not get a commision to convence anyone to buy there.

Hope you are taking it positively.

It is wrong to criticize Mr. Hussain. He just presents and writes what he has observed and give his point of view. Any one can disagree with him but its does not look good to criticize him.

Dear Kaisrani

Allow me to thankyou. I really appreciate you can read the message even between the lines.

Believe you me earning abroad is not easy & when one loses his hard-earned money to the looters one may not imagine how much stress he has to go through. While sitting in Jeddah I am more than aware of Lahore than many of the Lahorites. That is all I can add for some of my friends' comments above ... it was not to criticise Mr. Kaisrani but Bahria Town.

HK is 100% correct in relative terms when you compare Bahria Town with other developers. But the most important satisfaction which I have with BT is that upto now there land records pertaining to my property is intact, which is a most important single factor.
For a person like me residing abroad & interested in land as investment can be at peace if ownership records are in safe hand.
Land price increase or decrease according to circumstances & with the passage of time, but definitely it affects those who are serious in constructing their houses as construction cost increases. There is no excuse for BT not to meet their promises.
