CMY - Which one is better investment for 5 years, to have a 10 marla parkview plot or 1 kanal parkview plot.Though i can afford to buy 1 kanal plot but i have heard that at times bigger plots are quite difficult to dispose off, as these can only be sold out to genuine buyers.On the other hand if one looks at the price difference of 1 kanal and 10 marla plots, one is compelled to go for 1 kanal plot.Please suggest. |

A 10 marla plot in Park view could offer much more return in long run. Just for example recently balloted 1 kanal plots sell for 60 to 75 lacs and 10 marla sell for 40 to 47 lacs. |
